Guru Nilayam 

​

Sri Datta Brundavana Goukshetram is for the well being of the destitute, sick and aged Goumathas , Nandi (Bull) & Calves with the Divine Blessings and Guidance of H.H.Sri Ganapathi Sachidananda Swamiji, H.H.Bala Swamiji. 

Since our Goushala drew inspiration from Swamiji and worship of Guru is the highest in the order, all activities in the Goushala start with worship and Salutations to Gurus at Guru Nilayam. It is with His divine blessings that our Goushala is being run.

Goupuja Sannidhis

​

GouPooja Sannidhi is constructed in our premises. This is the place where Goumathas are worshipped every day. Goumatha is received into this Sannidhi with Mela Talams and Vedic hymns and puja is performed. This Sannidhi is regarded as the most pious place of our Goushala.

Other Sannidhis

@ SDBGK we are planning to install Devatha swaroopams in the Sanathana Dharma who preached the Goumahatyam and contributed to the Gousamrakshana.

Regular Activities @ SDBGK

​

1) Gou Seva: Time: Daily Morning 7:30 to 9.00 AM

Gouseva is known to be the greatest seva that can be offered to Goumathas that showers all the blessings to the devotes who undertake it with utmost devotion. The Goushala committee would nominate devotees who request them, to participate in the daily Gouseva. As a part of the seva, devotees get to clean and wash the Goumathas, decorate the Goumathas and offer the feed.

2) Gou Pooja: Time: Daily Morning 6:30 to 7:30 AM

Puja to the Goumathas as per the Vedic culture is a daily activity. The details of the seva can be seen and seva can be booked in person or through Whatsapp

3) Sri Vishnu Sahasranama Stotra Parayanam : Time: Daily Morning 7:30 to 8:30 AM

Sri Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram is one of the most powerful stotrams that grants all the boons to the devotees who recites it with utmost devotion. Recitation (Parayanam) of Sri Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram is done every day in the Main Goshala while offering pradakshinams to Goumatha. On Fridays, Sri Lalitha sahasranama stotram is recited along with Sri Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram.

Events Celebrated

​

All special occasions like the Jayanthis of all the Devathas who adored the Goushala premises are celebrated in the most Vedic way. Some important such occasions are:

​

1) Kanuma Pooja : "Kanuma" is a festival which is celebrated offering Pooja to the Goumathas and Nandis (Bull). Goumathas are the root of the entire Dharma Chakra and Nandi's represent Dharma itself. We, at our Goushala, offer special Pooja to Goumathas and Nandis on the Kanuma festival.

4.Hanuman Jayanthi (Vaisakha Bahula Dasami)

6. KarthikaMasam : Karthikamasam is very special for Goumahima and GouPooja. So, all special occasions in the Karthikamasam are celebrated in our Goshala.
